This weekend has been good for the body portion of my challenge! I know that generally any type of improvement to physical health can mean cutting out "good" food and adding in foods and activities that don't spark as much joy.
For my challenge, I do things that my body responds well to regardless of if people consider it good, bad or healthy.
On Sunday, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed a large piece of meatloaf smothered in red sauce. I also enjoyed a bit of gelato and fried fish. My body was happy:) I still plan to meal prep a bit for next week to keep me from eating too much fast food.
