Day 27 & 28: Trinity Challenge

Hi ladies, 

I am almost to the finish line of my first 30 days of the 90 Day Trinity Challenge. A good friend of mine suggested that I try focusing on one goal for each quarter of the year. It is virtually impossible for me to only focus on one thing for such a long time but I will take the essence of her advice and thin out my goals for the remainder of this 90 day challenge. 

 

For the next 90 days, I am only going to focus on my body goals. It doesn't mean that I wont work on the mind and spirit goals, it just means that I wont post about those as much. 

 

Here is my progress from the past couple of days: 

 

Body: I lost body fat percentage!!!!!!!!! Woohoo!! My goal of not eating fast food and preparing my meals is starting to pay off. I did not exercise at all the past few weeks and still managed to lower my BMI and body fat percentage. I even lost a few pounds :) 

 

Mind: I didn't read anything yesterday, but today I am going to grab a book off of my bookshelf to take to work to read when I need a 10 minute mental break. 

 

Spirit: I am so thankful for church! I took so many notes yesterday from the service and was thankful for a space that speaks and celebrates truth non-stop. My spirit challenge has been about my toxic thoughts and my pastor touched on so many things that I needed to hear concerning my thoughts.
