Today I packed a perfect little lunch and snacks. Mini peppers, chickpeas, tortilla chips, and soup! The food part of my body challenge is going pretty well but it's hard to ignore how tired I am.
I started taking iron supplements this weekend so I am hoping that will help. I am also trying to navigate new work responsibilities on top of living 50 minutes away from work. I get tired around 9pm, so not getting home until 7:30/8 has been depleting me a bit.
I will be praying for creative ways to incorporate more rest into my life...this is definitely a new season with no promises of it slowing down.
